The total 23 full time and 8 Guest Faculty with Post Graduation qualification are in faculty , we have also invited experts from various faculties like Dr Sivashanker, Dr G Janardhan Reddy,and dr A Y chary, Dr Nagabushan Rao P to update knowledge.

Scientific Papers presented by our teachers

Dr G R Mohan, Principal of the college presented a Scientific paper in international conference L I G A at New Delhi and at Kolkatta International conference. Dr S Muralidhar Rao former Reader of this college presented poster paper presentation in international conference L I G A at New Delhi. Prof Ramakrishna presented a scientific paper in monthly oration conducted by A P Homoeopathic Association.

Conferences Organized by college

Conference on Common Dermatological problems in rural areas, in 2011, the conference was inaugurated by Dr Ramjee Singh President of Central council of Homoeopathy, Dr B SohanSingh Executive member Central council of Homoeopathy and Dr Nagaraja Rao C C H member attended. Principle speaker was Dr Sreekant M of Homoecare International. Dr Uma Rani Lecturer and Dr Rajasree presented scientific papers.

A Seminar on the eve of 259 birth day celebration of Dr Hahnemann’s was conducted at Smt Jupalli Balamma auditorium at AP Homoeopathic Association, on 10th April 2014. Dr Siva Shankar Former Addl Director, Dept A Y U S H Govt of A P, inaugurated the conference, Dr N Sreenivas Rao C C H member, Prof G Janardhan reddy Former Addl Director, Dept A Y U S H Govt of A P were Guest of Honor. Dr SatyaDev president, Dr Baskar Naidu, clinical Psychologist, Dr Swamy Homoeopathic consultant, Dr Vuduth Kumar Homoeopathic consultant presented scientific papers. Dr Muralidhar Rao, Dr Sreenivas babu K, Dr Chakravarty staff of college presented papers

Extracurricular activities

Every year we are celebrating Teachers day, Fresher’s day, AIDs day,Swamy Vivekananda birth day celebrations, Women’s day, World health day and Dr Hahnemann birth day celebrations are conducted with great enthusiasm. As per the Prime minister’s call to the nation, we conducted ‘ Swacha Bharat ‘ in our college, all staff and students actively participated.

Health camps conducted by college

Regular health surveys were conducted by staff and students in needy villages and camps were conducted twice a week.Regular helath education was given to needy. total 385 camps were conducted in various villages in and around college. Director General ,Central Council for Research and Homoeopathy was kind enough to sanction Mother and child programme to college, we have successfully conducted.

As a part of academic activities, it is a regular process to visit the places of academic importance to enrich the knowledge of students. Dr. Seetha mahalaxmi, Professor, Head of the Department of Pharmacy, and Dr Sreenivas Babu Lecturer Department of Pharmacy organized Pharmacy tours to Ist BHMS students to Vashist Pharmacy, Dharmkiran Pharmacy, and Allen Pharmacy. Ist BHMS students visited Willmar Schwabe Labs at Delhi. Dr. Dr Sreenivas Babu Lecturer, organized community medicine visits to several public health and community health centers in and around Hyderabad.

Besides departmental libraries our college central library has 2,003 books, students and staff regularly utilize the library facility.

Dr. K. Sivashankar Former Addl Director, Dept A Y U S H, Govt of A P, instituted a cash award of Rs five thousand in memory of his son Mr. Venibushan to a student who is over all topper from first year to final year B H M S examinations.

Dr G R Mohan Principal instituted a cash award of Rs five thousand in memory of his father Dr G Ramachander Rao to a student who tops in Practice of Medicine subject in final year B H M S examinations. Dr S Muralidhar Rao former Reader of this college instituted a cash award of Rs five thousand in memory of his father to final year student who tops in all subject in final year B H M S examinations.

We look forward to their continued unstinted support for the future developmental activities of the college.

Our wish is to shape this institute into a model institute in the country as per the standards of C C H.
